DataStop DGM is built to keep guest data on the property. This policy explains what the public website and portals collect and how it is used.
What we collect on this website
Revenue-calculator submissions (name, work email, company, optional role, and the calculator inputs you entered). Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To send the revenue breakdown you requested, to follow up on pilot requests, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
Portals
The MSP and property portals process operational telemetry (device counts, WiFi health, filter statistics, AI-service DNS inventory) tied to a property activation code. Guest payload data is never inspected or transmitted by DataStop appliances.
Privacy Passport
Guest privacy preferences are stored as a portable profile the guest controls. Profiles can be deleted by the guest at any time from the Privacy Passport portal.
Retention
Lead submissions are kept for 24 months or until you ask us to delete them. Operational telemetry follows the retention plan selected by the MSP.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@datastopdgm.com. We honor Oklahoma Consumer Data Privacy Act (OCDPA) requests and equivalent requests from other jurisdictions.
Sub-processors
Cloud hosting and database infrastructure; Twilio (SMS alerts); email delivery provider for lead follow-up. Each is bound by data-processing terms.
