These terms govern use of datastopdgm.com and the DataStop portals. Commercial deployments are governed by a signed MSP or property agreement, which takes precedence.
Use of the website
The website, calculator, and demo portals are provided for evaluation. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and published assumptions; they are not a guarantee of savings or revenue.
Revenue model
SIEM reduction share and compliance platform resale terms shown on this site are launch defaults and are finalized in your MSP agreement. Wholesale pricing may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the service, or submit false lead information. Tenant isolation violations are logged and may be reported.
Compliance disclaimer
DataStop provides network-level tools that help properties address OCDPA and related requirements. Full compliance requires property-wide policies, staff procedures, and legal counsel. DataStop does not provide legal advice.
Warranty and liability
The website and demo environments are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataStop disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for website use to the amount paid for the service, if any.
Governing law
Oklahoma law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
